Response times

Email is answered within one business day, usually much sooner. If you write over a weekend you'll hear back Monday morning. Phone is the fastest route for anything urgent about an order that has already shipped.

Before you write about an order

Have your order number to hand — it's in your confirmation email and starts with STR-. For a return, you don't need to contact us first: the process is on the returns page and takes about a minute.

Warranty claims

Email support@stradairon.com with a photo of the piece and your order number. Most of what people think is a defect is seasoning damage that we can talk you through fixing in one message — we'd rather do that than take a good pan back. If it is a genuine manufacturing failure, we replace it. Full terms on the warranty page.
